Sitting in the heart of Denver, we are adjacent to Crestmoor Park which many consider the crown jewel park of Denver. Our boundaries include the residences in the area west of Monaco Street Parkway, North of Bayaud Avenue, East of Holly Street, and generally south of Third Avenue in Denver.
Residents and Future Residents need to be aware of a few things. The Crestmoor Park (2nd Filing) Homes Association is a covenant controlled community. We have Articles of Incorporation, Covenants, Bylaws, Design Guidelines, and Architectural Submittal Procedures.
