Sitting in the heart of Denver, we are adjacent to Crestmoor Park which many consider the crown jewel park of Denver. Our boundaries include the residences in the area west of Monaco Street Parkway, North of Bayaud Avenue, East of Holly Street, and generally south of Third Avenue in Denver.
Residents and Future Residents need to be aware of a few things. The Crestmoor Park (2nd Filing) Homes Association is a covenant controlled community. We have Articles of Incorporation, Covenants, Bylaws, Design Guidelines, and Architectural Submittal Procedures.
Our Security Service, Covenant Security Services, can be reached at 303-552-9027. Click the following links for information about the Garage Door Program and the Vacation Check Service they also provide for our community.
The Crestmoor Park (2nd Filing) Homes Association is NOT associated with the Crestmoor Community Association (a.k.a. The Crestmoor Pool). For information on applying for membership to the Crestmoor Community Association or for other questions, please see their website at www.crestmoor.org, or at 303-399-2528.
I know this is an uncertain time so wanted to offer a helping hand. I’d be happy to run an errand for anyone who needs extra help. Our college students are coming home so we will have extra helpers if you need anything like dog walking or even taking out trash bins.
