As of January 1, 2022, the dues are $175/year.

Dues can be paid by sending a check or online.

Are ADUs allowed in Crestmoor?

No, Crestmoor is immune because the statute only affects CIOA HOAs; we are not one of those.

Denver modified its zoning ordinance to include ADUs for permitted use in residentially zoned areas. Crestmoor is immune because the ordinance provides that a landowner may do what is consistent with zoning, but it does not purport to override covenants or other restrictions.
